getbeam.fyi terms of service

terms of service. short version.

by using beam you agree to these terms. we've kept them as short and readable as possible. if something's unclear, just email us.

the service

beam ("we", "us") provides a visitor identification and engagement platform accessible at getbeam.fyi. you get a tracking pixel, a dashboard, and ai-assisted outreach drafts.

your account

you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. you must be 18 or older and have authority to accept these terms on behalf of your organization if applicable.

acceptable use

you agree not to use beam to:

beam is designed for genuine, human-reviewed engagement — not bulk automation. keep it tasteful.

billing

paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial periods, but we're human and will work with you if something goes sideways.

data ownership

you own the data you bring to beam. visitor event data collected through your pixel belongs to your account. we don't claim ownership of your data and won't sell it. see our privacy policy for full details.

uptime and support

we aim for 99.5% uptime but don't offer a formal sla on free or starter plans. if something breaks, we'll fix it fast — this is our product too. support is via email at [email protected].

limitation of liability

beam is provided "as is". we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. our total liability to you in any month won't exceed what you paid us in that month.

termination

we can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. you can close your account at any time — your data will be deleted within 30 days of closure on request.

changes to these terms

we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
